The content generated is provided "as is" and "as available" with absolutely no warranties or guarantees, express or implied.

Using our Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and FreeDemandLetter, or any of its employees, agents, or affiliates. We are not your lawyers. Get your own.

AI-Generated Content

Our system uses AI to generate text based on the information you provide. We make absolutely no guarantee that the content will be error-free, complete, accurate, up-to-date, or appropriate for your situation. The AI-generated content is not reviewed by an attorney.

3. User Responsibilities

You may not sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the generated content. This is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license.

5. Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Damages

FreeDemandLetter, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any damages whatsoever (direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive), including, but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if we've been told such damages are possible), resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service;
  • Any content generated by the Service;
  • Any reliance you place on the Service;
  • Any errors or omissions in the Service;
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or your personal information;
  • Any interruption of the Service;
  • Any bugs, viruses, etc., transmitted through the Service;
  • Anything else related to the Service.

Use at Your Own Risk

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. The generated content may not be suitable for your needs and may be incorrect or misleading.

No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.

Maximum Liability

The most you'll ever get from us is what you paid us (if anything). If you used the Service for free, you get nothing.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FreeDemandLetter, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you submit. You are responsible for any claim that the letter, due to information you put in, constitutes the unauthorized practice of law.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

Service Changes

We can modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, without notice and without liability.

Terms Updates

We can update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. It's your responsibility to check for updates. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the new Terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in New York County, New York. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objection.

Binding Arbitration

Except for intellectual property disputes or cases where we seek injunctive relief, any dispute that we can't resolve informally will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration. A request for arbitration must be made in writing. We'll choose an arbitrator within 90 days of the request. Arbitration will be held in New York City. The losing party pays all costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that you will not participate in a class action, private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding against us. Any dispute resolution will be conducted solely on an individual basis.

9. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, if we think you've violated these Terms or engaged in illegal conduct.

10. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and FreeDemandLetter regarding the Service. They supersede any prior agreements or communications.
